it's sad to see the lost potential through the eyes of it people of an organization, especially one positioned for success. I am sure the organization makes money, but I would be more concerned on how much they lose through losing or not compensating good people.
The CEO seems to have great vision, but anyone directly below him tends to treat people as expendable resources.
